Last Wednesday we participated in the program “Málaga, here and now”, from Canal Málaga Television, to talk about the summer season and the forecasts of how the demand for tourist homes will evolve in the coming months.
It was also an occasion to talk about the situation of the Draft decree of the Junta de Andalucía, por el que se modifica el Decreto 28/2016, from 2 February, de las viviendas con fines turísticos y de modificación del Decreto 194/2010, from 20 of April, of tourist apartment establishments.
