Last Wednesday we participated in the program “Málaga, here and now”, from Canal Málaga Television, to talk about the summer season and the forecasts of how the demand for tourist homes will evolve in the coming months.
It was also an occasion to talk about the situation of the Draft decree of the Junta de Andalucía, by which the Decree is modified 28/2016, from 2 February, of housing for tourist purposes and modification of the Decree 194/2010, from 20 of April, of tourist apartment establishments.
