DRAFT NEW DECREE FOR APARTMENTS AND HOUSES FOR TOURIST PURPOSES

Last 2 June 2023 The Resolution of the Ministry of Tourism was published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía, Culture and Sports by virtue of which it is resolved to submit to public information the Draft Decree by which the Decree is modified 28/2016, from 2 February, of housing for tourist purposes and Modification of the Decree 194/2010, from 20 of April, of tourist apartment establishments, for a period of 15 business days, counted from the day following the publication of the resolution.
