The Association of Tourist Housing and Apartment Professionals of Andalusia (AVVAPro) figure in 4.834 million euros the negative economic impact that this summer would have (June, julio, August and september) the prohibition of filling and refilling water in the private pools of tourist accommodation in the province of Malaga. “From the association we are aware of the very serious drought situation that we are experiencing, and the difficult situation we face, and from the Junta de Andalucía we have been informed of the latest data regarding the contribution and current status of our reservoirs and the emergency actions that are being carried out”, assures the vice president of AVVAPro, John Cube, who was at the meeting with President Carlos Pérez-Lanzac and the delegate of the Costa del Sol Jesús García.
