- The problem of owners of tourist housing without immatricular was addressed, which prevents them from obtaining the rental registration number. It is proposed that housing immatriculation be an indispensable requirement to obtain the single registry.

Double record for tourist housing and seasonal rentals:
- The need to unify the records to avoid duplicities and the need to find a solution that allows a single registration was discussed, aligning with the regulation (UE) 2024/1028.

Prior responsible statements without administrative resolution:
- The situation of owners with responsible statements submitted in 2016-2017 No formal resolution. It is confirmed that, presenting the responsible statement, Registration can be obtained in the Single Lease Registry.

- Clarification was requested on the registration of housing managed under different types of contracts (lease, exploitation or management). The registrars indicated that the registration will be admitted by providing the corresponding qualifying contract for whatever the management mode, whenever it is directly on the property and not on another pre -existing contract.
