The Tarifa Culture House hosted an informative day organized by Avvapro under the title "New challenges of the tourist housing sector in Andalusia", Aimed at professionals and tourist accommodation.
During the meeting the main normative changes that affect the sector were addressed: The new decree on tourist housing, The SES Hosts System, Municipal limitations, The Single Registry or the Future Digital Window.
Juan Cube and Paloma Amat participated, President and Vice President of Avvapro, Together with the lawyer José Ayllón, of the office Martínez-Echevarría, Specialist in Administrative Law and in the defense of the rights of professionals in the sector.
The attendees valued the day very positively, highlighting its practical utility and the dialogue space generated.
